In other areas, appropriate real estate agents with local market knowledge are vetted and sourced to help find locations. Regardless of the real estate team involved on our projects, all efforts are closely guided by our team. Pre-Planning Stage encompasses the following services:

    Project Execution & Management

    The real estate services on our projects are integrated with our project management and design services, a key factor in optimizing the negotiations for real estate.

    Site surveys are conducted to confirm all existing site conditions and measurements. Drawings may immediately begin by our in-house design team as needed to communicate details and needs in the real estate negotiation, and illustrating these things early in the negotiation process provides a better outcome that has less risk to our clients. Project Execution & Management Stage Includes:

    • Coordinating construction drawings with design and permit documents
    • Managing construction bidding and negotiation of agreements
    • Managing project cash flow and interacting with funding sources
    • Identifying and engaging appropriate professional resources
    • Establishing operational resources for tasks
    • Sourcing contractors and vendors
    • Coordinating vendor installations
    • Managing zoning and building permit processes
    • Site visits at crucial checkpoints

      Practice Launch

      Setting up professional support team, financing, insurance, cpa, attorney, financial advisor, marketing, patient insurance credentialing and contracting, HIPAA and OSHA training, technology systems In preparation for practice launch, MPDD coordinates the following tasks:

      • Managing project and startup processes, internal communications
      • Coordination of Moves, relocation, phased expansions planning & implementation with emphasis on minimal downtime
      • Providing guidance on arranging necessary insurances for construction, real estate, financing, and practice operations

        Practice Review & Follow-ups

        Conducting annual review meetings post practice opening to assess lease status, review insurance coverage, and identify helpful new resources and growth opportunities.

        Practice Expansions

        Many of our clients have considered the possibility of practice expansion and relocation as part of their initial business strategy and are already positioned to easily consider the current terms of their business and create the plan for either expanding or relocating rather easily and without much hassle.
